To request a resale package for the home you plan to sell, simply
print or download the request form and then mail or fax your request to:

Please add an additional $5.00 if you wish to have the package mailed
at completion, and be sure to include a mailing address in your request.

Resale Package Fees:
Fees are charged according to Virginia Code and the Virginia Condominium Act and Property Owners Act of Virgina. Fees are due prior to completion, payable to Capitol Property Management. Fees are as follows:
14-day turnaround, paper copy: $150 (additional copies $25 each)
14-day turnaround, electronic copy: $125
Expedited processing (5 days): $50
Exterior inspection: $100 (additional inspections $50 each)
Disclosure package or financial updates: $50
Third-party commercial delivery is at cost.
