I am a resident of McLean Greens, a townhouse community in Falls Church, VA. I would like to share my experience of living here and, in particular, my interactions with our property manager, Candy Morrobel and her staff.
When Candy took the position of property manager, I personally noticed an improvement in communication. Under Candy's direction, residents are informed of upcoming events and important information on a regular basis.
In 2025, I had extensive work done on my home. For me, Candy was a lifeline of support as she answered my questions with speed and efficiency and guided me through the necessary paperwork. She was responsive and dependable during a rather stressful time.
In my opinion, Candy is outstanding in her position as property manager and an asset to this community. I highly appreciate her service its residents.

As an asphalt contractor, I've had the pleasure of working with Candy Morrobel at Capitol Companies over the last few years on several different types of projects. I was introduced to Candy by my now retired boss who told me, "She's one of the good ones." I can say I 100% agree with him. Candy has always been fair, detail oriented, and excellent with communication. I look forward to working with Candy every time I win a project with one of her communities.
